FlyU飞腾学生学习成长评估体系｜FlyU Learning Growth System｜将正式推出

亲爱的 FlyU家长们：

为了帮助家长更全面地了解孩子的学习情况，并让每一位孩子的成长都能够被真实记录、持续关注，FlyU 将于本学年正式推出 FlyU Learning Growth System（FLGS） —— 一套完整的学生学习成长评估体系。

我们相信，教育不仅仅是考试成绩，更重要的是持续的进步、良好的学习习惯以及综合能力的发展。因此，我们希望通过科学、系统的评估与反馈，让家长清楚地看到孩子每一步的成长。

FLGS 包含四个核心模块：

1. Baseline Assessment（入学测评）

开学初，老师将对每位学生进行学习能力评估，了解孩子目前的学习基础，包括中文、数学、英文以及学习习惯等方面，为后续教学提供参考。

这不是一场考试，也不会影响孩子的分班或成绩，而是帮助老师更好地了解每位孩子，从他们现有的水平出发进行教学。

2. Bi-Monthly Progress Report（双月成长报告）

每两个月（9月、11月、1月、3月、5月），我们都会向家长提供一份成长报告，内容包括：

· 本阶段学习内容

· 已掌握的知识与技能

· 学习表现与课堂参与情况

· 老师评语

· 下一阶段学习目标

让家长能够及时了解孩子近期的学习进展，而不仅仅是在学期结束时才看到结果。

3. Learning Portfolio（学习成长档案）

每位学生都将拥有属于自己的成长档案，持续记录孩子在 FlyU 的学习历程，包括：

· 学习评估记录

· 优秀作业与写作作品

· 阅读成长记录

· 数学学习成果

· 项目作品、艺术创作

· 演讲、表演及活动照片

· 比赛成绩与获奖证书等

这些珍贵的学习记录将成为孩子成长过程中最真实、最有价值的见证。

4. Year-End Achievement Report（年度成长报告）

学年结束时，我们将为每位学生提供一份年度成长总结，回顾孩子这一年的学习成果、能力提升以及成长亮点，并结合老师的观察，为下一阶段的学习提出建议。

我们的目标不是简单地告诉家长孩子考了多少分，而是帮助大家真正了解：

· 孩子现在学会了什么？

· 相比刚入学时有哪些成长？

· 下一步应该如何继续进步？

我们希望，通过 FlyU Learning Growth System（FLGS），让每一位孩子的努力都被看见，让每一次成长都有记录，让家长更加安心，也让家校携手，共同陪伴孩子不断进步。

FlyU Learning Growth System

Dear FlyU Families,

At FlyU, we believe that education is about much more than test scores. True learning is reflected in continuous growth, strong learning habits, increasing confidence, and the development of essential academic and life skills.

To help parents better understand and celebrate each child's progress, we are excited to introduce the FlyU Learning Growth System (FLGS) beginning this school year.

FLGS is a comprehensive student growth and assessment framework designed to monitor each student's learning journey, provide meaningful feedback, and strengthen the partnership between school and home.

The FlyU Learning Growth System includes four core components:

1. Baseline Assessment

At the beginning of the school year, each student will participate in a baseline assessment to help teachers understand their current academic level and learning profile. The assessment covers Chinese, Mathematics, English, and learning habits.

This is not a graded test and will not affect class placement or academic records. Its purpose is to help our teachers understand each child's starting point so that instruction can be tailored to meet individual learning needs.

2. Bi-Monthly Progress Report

Every two months (September, November, January, March, and May), families will receive a progress report highlighting each student's development.

The report includes:

·Skills and concepts learned during the period

·Knowledge and abilities the student has mastered

·Classroom performance and participation

·Teacher observations and comments

·Goals for the next stage of learning

These reports allow parents to stay informed about their child's progress throughout the year, rather than waiting until the end of the school year.

3. Learning Portfolio

Each student will have an individual Learning Portfolio that documents their learning journey throughout the year.

The portfolio may include:

·Assessment records

·Outstanding classwork and writing samples

·Reading progress

·Mathematics achievements

·Projects and creative work

·Photos from presentations, performances, and school activities

·Competition results, certificates, and awards

This portfolio serves as a meaningful collection of each child's growth and accomplishments during their time at FlyU.

4. Year-End Achievement Report

At the end of the school year, every student will receive a comprehensive achievement report summarizing their academic growth, personal development, and accomplishments throughout the year.

The report reflects on each student's progress and includes teacher recommendations to support future learning.

Rather than focusing only on scores, our goal is to help families understand:

·What has my child learned?

·How has my child grown since the beginning of the year?

·What are the next steps in my child's learning journey?

Through the FlyU Learning Growth System (FLGS), we hope to make every child's effort visible, every achievement meaningful, and every stage of growth well documented.

We believe that when schools and families work together, children are empowered to grow with confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
