Dr. Li is a widely recognized leader and educator with 25 years of combined industry and academic experience. She rescued Sofia University from the brink of bankruptcy, launched three new academic disciplines, and led WASC accreditation from scratch at Silicon Valley International University.
Ph.D. in Computer Science from Wuhan University. Further studies in Higher Education Administration and Presidential Leadership at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Research on Artificial Intelligence at Keio University in Japan.
Wang Guangning

Wang Guangning played for Shenyang Football Club from 1989-2001, serving as team captain. He coached the 1987 youth team and led Jinde to 5th place in the 2004 Chinese Super League. He later taught at Shenyang Jianzhu University, leading the team to three consecutive Shenyang University League championships.
